Ceremonies

Ceremonies begin promptly at 4 pm.

Ceremony seating packages include Bifma-rated Chiavari chairs in your choice of Gold or Silver with luxury cushions.

We offer a few ceremony locations on our grounds with the most popular being our Grand Galerie.

With a booked ceremony & reception, we offer complimentary suites for the Bride & Groom. The Bride has all-day access to our elegant Lilian Bridal Suite where she and her court may prepare for the big day with the option to enjoy our bridal brunch package.

The Groom and his men have the use of our sophisticated Black Diamond Suite. On a wedding day, the groom and his men typically arrive around 1 pm dressed and ready for photos. t all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

Receptions

Receptions at Chateau des Fleurs require seated meal packages. Dinner service generally begins close to 6 pm. We work in tandem with the scheduled timeline of other key vendors that are sharing the big day with you (i.e. wedding planner/day of coordinator, and photographer).

Receptions carry until 10 pm. Additional reception time may be added at an additional fee — inquire for details.

Flanking on either side of The Grand Galerie which showcase 20 turn of the century Louis Mark Paintings, are our two grand ballrooms: Platinum & Gold.

Our larger Gold Ballroom has ivory-colored walls, floor-length gold mirrors in the corners, several beautiful windows, two outside exits to the gardens, 15 gold chandeliers, and exquisite gold sconces. The Gold Ballroom may accommodate up to 260 guests comfortably with room for a dance floor, bar, and space for a DJ.

The Platinum Ballroom has cloud-colored walls, one outside exit to the south patio, 11 large crystal chandeliers, and exquisite silver sconces. The Platinum Ballroom may accommodate up to 180 guests comfortably with room for a dance floor, bar and space for a DJ.

Our ballrooms begin as a blank canvas on which to paint the portrait of your wedding.

The rental of a ballroom includes:

A guestbook table, gift table, cake table, and a sweetheart table for the bride and groom with tufted velvet chairs. We can also accommodate a large head table for the wedding party by request.

These tables include linens to match your Luxury Seating Package (please refer to our luxury seating packages below).

Cocktail Hour

In the time between the ceremony and dinner reception, many chateau couples add a cocktail hour package with delectable waiter passed appetizers.

Enjoy punch, beer, and local Idaho wine exclusive to the Chateau from our private and family-owned Roghani Vineyards, of Snake River Valley. 

Cocktail parties are held on the South Terrace Garden patio directly adjacent to our reception ballrooms. In the colder months or in the case of inclement weather, guests may have their cocktail hour in select indoor locations.

  • Luxury Seating Packages

    For your reception, guests will be seated on Bifma rated Chiavari Chairs in your choice of Gold or Silver.

    Includes 60” round tables seating 6-9 guests, floor-length linens with matching linen napkins in 4 color options, and a choice of silk or satin overlays in a variety of trending colors. Also included are upscale glass votive holders with flameless candles and plate chargers.

  • Catering

    All catering for weddings & events are plated and served in-house. Cakes and/or desserts from an outside bakery are welcome with a cake cutting fee/dessert management fee.

    Wedding menus have been created by the culinary team of Roghani’s restaurant. Our friendly & professional waitstaff serves your dinner on white fine bone china with silver flatware and crystal stemware.

  • Seasonal Rates

    We offer seasonal rates 52 weeks a year. Before choosing your special date, we have 3 general price points for reference:

    Weddings at our economic rates are those held on Tuesday & Thursday.

    Weddings at our middle rates would be held on a Friday. We consider our prime seasonal rates to be on Saturday-Monday.

  • Beverages

    We serve beer & wine at our venue, Chateau des Fleurs does not have a liquor license.

    Wedding and event bar packages may be purchased with a bar set up fee. Beverage packages are offered in non-hosted (cash bar), semi-hosted, and hosted (open bar) formats.

    • Choose from a fine selection of over 15 wines from our private family-owned Roghani Vineyards (Snake River Valley).

    • Chateau Orchard Punch: a delightful nonalcoholic punch made with lemon-lime soda and assorted seasonal fruit juices grown from our private on-site orchards.

    • Seasonally rotating draft beers.

  • Outside Vendors

    Weddings at Chateau des Fleurs require you to supply the following outside vendors:

    • Officiant, DJ and/or Band, Photographer and/or Videographer

    • Florist (unless renting our silk floral arrangements for the ceremony arch and table centerpieces)

    • A full-service wedding planner or a day-of-coordinator at minimum

  • Silk Floral Arrangements

    We offer à la carte silk floral arrangements available for the ceremony arch, table centerpieces, and floor standing statement bouquets.

    We’ll collaborate with you to design your perfect bouquets for the theme of your wedding or special event. We enjoy the ability to be creative while pulling looks from a bride’s inspiration.

    For bride’s that are interested in silk florals, we encourage her to share the style she is looking for without expecting an exact replica as every arrangement is unique!
