Join us for Idaho Wine Month at Chateau des Fleurs, with specialty five-course dinner by our new Executive Chef, Richard Jiminez, and wine pairings to celebrate the release of our new Roghani Vineyards “Love and Passion” and “Sharab-e Ghermez” wines.

Course 1:
Pan Seared Scallops – Beurre noisette lemon confit. Roasted cauliflower puree.
Pairing: White Wine Riesling

Course 2:
Soft Polenta – Slow cooked egg yolk, morels asparagus, confit cipollini Parmesan crumbs. Finished with truffle vinaigrette.
Pairing: Chardonnay Oaky

Course 3:
Lamb Chop and Duck
Pairings:
Love and Passion Red Blend and Cabernet Sauvignon

Course 4:
Roasted Beet Salad – Fresh roasted beets tossed with our house hazelnut sherry dressing, goat cheese and candied grapefruit zest.
Pairing: Shiraz

Course 5:
Apple Tarte Normande, served warm with homemade iced cream.
Pairing: Late Harvest Riesling
